        NCT’s Mark Lee is known as one of the most prominent member of NCT. He is known for his versatile talents and significant contributions to the music and success of this famous group in Korea. Mark lee is a Canadian born rapper, dancer, and singer known for his multifaceted talents and active involvement in the South Korean boy band NCT. He was born on August 2, 1999 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He lived in Toronto until he was seven years old, then moved to New York City for five years. While in New York, he attended P.S 209 Clearview Gardens in Whitestone, Queens. He later returned to Canada, residing in Vancouver for two to three years. 

        Mark lee started his career at a very young age. He moved from Canada to Korea at the age of 13 Audition in Canada. In 2012, Mark, who was 13 years old at that time, officially joined SM Entertainment as a trainee. On December 16, 2013, he was introduced as a member of the SM Rookies group, which is a pre debut trainee team under the SM agency. After training for 4 years and becoming one of the model trainee, SM Entertainment confirmed that Mark and the other four SM Rookies members, namely Taeyong, Doyoung, Ten and Jaehyun, will debut as the first sub unit of NCT, NCT U. They released a digital single, the first is entitled The 7th Sense. Soon after, he also became part of NCT 127 and NCT Dream. In the sub unit NCT 127, Mark is the second youngest member with extraordinary rapping skills. Meanwhile, in the NCT Dream sub unit, Mark was given the leader position by SM. Mark has been known as a hard worker since childhood, so it’s not surprising that he has made his debut many times. Until August 7, 2019, he was even confirmed to have joined the SuperM group, a Kpop supergroup under SM. SM’s agency also provided an opportunity for Mark by announcing that he would release his first single entitled ‘Child’ on February 4, 2022 and the second single is ‘Golden Hour’. Before living the life of an idol and making music, Mark doubted himself because he was always focused on being a good and achieving student. Being accepted by one of the Big 3 agencies, namely SM, is destiny for him.
